A lot has changed in the six months since Evie escaped from the International Paranormal Containment Agency with her shape-shifter boyfriend, Lend. She finally has the blissfully normal life she’s always dreamed of, including:

1) A real live high school

2) A perfectly ordinary after-school job

3) Her very own locker (and by the way, rusted metal is every bit as awesome as she imagined)

But Evie’s not-so-normal past keeps creeping up on her...and things get pretty complicated when you factor in:

1) A centuries-old, seriously decaying vampire stalker

2) A crazy faerie ex-boyfriend who is the perpetual bearer of really bad news

3) A major battle brewing between the faerie courts where the prize in question happens to be...Evie herself.

So much for normal.

MY REVIEW:

Can I just say I fell in love with draki. Yeah that me dragons and vampires and I'm good. Ha but series I did enjoy reading firelight. I did have a hard time getting in to at first but after a while I got in to it. I love the cover the scales over the eye are cool and I love her bright reddish hair. My favorite charater is jacinda the main charater. She did drive my crazy at time. when she couldn't make up her mind up. I like will to. But at times it like he was hold some back like hiding secrets when he should tell them. And jacinda family was the worst. Forcing her to lose her draki when she doesn't want to. So cruel right. Well that my reveiw. Hope you enjoy and that you'll read firelight and love or like it.Well bye guys and happy reading.

Paranormalcy Book Review!

  THE PLOT:

Vampire
I see things you can't see.
Werewolves
I find things that hunt you.
Faeries
I am your protector.
Shapeshifters
But even i can't protect you now.

Weird as it is working for the international paranormal containment agency, Evie’s always thought of herself as normal. Sure, her best friend is a mermaid, her ex-boyfriend is a faerie, she's falling for a shape-shifter, and she's the only person who can see through paranormals' glamours, but still. Normal.
Only now paranormals are dying, and Evie's dreams are filled with haunting voices and mysterious prophecies. She soon realizes that there may be a link between her abilities and the sudden rash of deaths. Not only that, but she may very well be at the center of a dark faerie prophecy promising destruction to all paranormal creatures.

So much for normal.

MY REVIEW:

I loved paranormalcy it was so funny and so good. I couldn't put it down. But I did hate the hold that reth has on evie. She want to end it and he keep at it. Even if he was trying to help. But steel what are ex-boyfriend for. Evie is awesome. I love her little sassy joking comments. I do feel sorry for her. Her life is crazy. I couldn't even do her job let alone imagine me doing it. Lend is so cool. I love the hole shape shift thing. That would be so useful to me. I think Lish was my favorite mermaid to read. Ever. She was so funny to cause of the whole not able to cursing so it comes out bleep. It so funny. So that was my review. I hoped you enjoy and that you'll read paranormalcy and love or like it like I did. Well bye guys and happy reading.

What if you knew exactly when you would die?
Thanks to modern science, every human being has become a ticking genetic time bomb—males only live to age twenty-five, and females only live to age twenty. In this bleak landscape, young girls are kidnapped and forced into polygamous marriages to keep the population from dying out.
When sixteen-year-old Rhine Ellery is taken by the Gatherers to become a bride, she enters a world of wealth and privilege. Despite her husband Linden's genuine love for her, and a tenuous trust among her sister wives, Rhine has one purpose: to escape—to find her twin brother and go home.
But Rhine has more to contend with than losing her freedom. Linden's eccentric father is bent on finding an antidote to the genetic virus that is getting closer to taking his son, even if it means collecting corpses in order to test his experiments. With the help of Gabriel, a servant Rhine is growing dangerously attracted to, Rhine attempts to break free, in the limted time she has left.
